Food Industry Line Manager - 2 shifts

Our production lines are largely automated.
But automation without insight is just movement.

What's the difference between "the line is running" and "the line is running profitably"?
That lies with the Line Manager.

When your shift starts, the line is yours.

You:

• Start the silos with the correct potato variety
• Set the entire production line in motion
• Accurately adjust machines and parameters
• Monitor yield, quality and line speed
• Switch efficiently during product changes
• Perform quality checks
• Lead a team of 3 to 4 employees

This is not a limited operator role.
You get ownership of a complete production line in the food industry.

Work schedule - 2 shifts

Early shift: 05:00 - 13:06
Late shift: 13:00 - 21:06

• 38 hours a week
• 20 days annual leave (no collective closure)
• Overtime compensated with time off or paid

You live within 30 km of Horebeke and understand what working in a 2-shift system means.

You have:

• At least secondary level (A2)
• Technical insight
• Experience in production (food industry a strong advantage)
