Food Industry Production Manager - Day Shift

As Production Manager, you are responsible for the full operation of the cold production line. You work day shifts, ensuring you see both shifts every day.

You oversee:

• Production planning
• Yield and efficiency
• Loss figures (peel loss, sorting loss, moisture loss)
• Line speeds
• Quality and food safety

You manage two line managers and ensure that planning and practice align perfectly.

You are not a manager who supervises from behind a desk.

You take your place among your people. Approximately a 50/50 balance.

An experienced Production Leader or Production Manager with:

• Several years of leadership experience in production
• Experience in the food industry
• Strong understanding of production planning and efficiency
• Technical understanding
• A coaching leadership style
• Decisiveness under pressure

• Full-time day shift position
• Gross monthly salary between €3,800 - €4,500
