LINE MANAGER - COLD LINE 2-SHIFT SYSTEM
You are responsible for independently managing the production line, where potatoes are processed through a fully automated system into a freshly packaged potato product. This includes the following tasks:
Checking incoming orders and preparing planning accordingly
Technical start-up of the line
Reconfiguring the line during product changeovers
Managing and supervising packing operators
Working closely with the operational manager through reporting
Throughout, you are part of your team and unafraid to work hands-on if necessary. In a family-run SME with a relatively flat structure, there is plenty of room for autonomy and input. Your experience and insight are highly valued.
PROFILE
Initial experience of an automated production line is expected
Affinity with the food industry is a strong advantage
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
You think proactively and act in a problem-solving manner
You are stress resistant and maintain calm and overview
